Η συλλογή της νομολογίας καταρτίσθηκε σε εκτέλεση της από 29/10/1786 απόφασης των συνδίκων Κεφαλονιάς. Συγγραφέας/συντάκτης του χειρογράφου είναι ο Zuanno Loverdo.
