Biographical history
Ο Στέφανος Δρακάτος ήταν στρατιωτικός γιατρός. Γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1901 και κατοικούσε στη Λάρισα. Πήρε μέρος στον ελληνοϊταλικό πόλεμο 1940-1941 ενώ στον Μεσοπόλεμο φαίνεται ότι δραστηριοποιήθηκε υπέρ της παλινόρθωσης της μοναρχίας.
