Biographical history
Ο Κώστας Κοβάνης γεννήθηκε στη Θήβα το 1930, σπούδασε Πολιτικές Επιστήμες και εργάστηκε ως λογιστής. Εξέδωσε πολλές ποιητικές συλλογές και μία συλλογή διηγημάτων. Από το 1979 είναι τακτικός συνεργάτης του περιοδικού Πολιτικά Θέματα.
